I found this desert cacti was hidden between route 66 in Arizona and a set of railroad tracks. I located it behind a cut out of pure stone I was hiking on. It grew out of a boulder that was perched on the edge of the hillside and looked as if I could have pushed it down the hill if I had been so inclined. I love things in nature that are so delicate yet last in such a remote and unlikely place.
