I am not sure who is on overwatch here. The bird over the apple, or the corporation over the bird over the apple. This is a plaza art piece I found wandering around OKC on St. Paddy’s day. There is an interesting dynamic between the position of the bird, and anyone looking out of any of the windows above. The apple seems extraneous to the scene. It likely has some connection a product this company sells or its logo in some way.
There are many examples of artwork in the Bricktown area. Much of it in the Business district where this piece is. I walk all over the Bricktown area when I can. The architecture varies from the older style brick and mortar to the newer glass and steel in the Metro areas.
